The unnameable destination is the characteristic report and it is unusually specific. The dreamer knows they have somewhere to be and cannot say it, cannot remember the address, or says it and it comes out wrong.
That is the speech-failure finding meeting the unearned-certainty one: the knowledge that there is a destination is generated, and the destination itself is not.
A driver who goes somewhere else is a second report and belongs with the bus material.
Being unable to pay is a third and connects to the money and bank entries, where numbers do not resolve.

A taxi requires exactly the thing dreams cannot do, which is to say a specific fact out loud, and it requires it of a dreamer who has been given the conviction that they know it.
