• Your journal: the dreams you record, your sleep logs, your lucid dreaming attempts, and anything you write as a later reflection. These are private to your account unless you explicitly share or publish one.
• Course progress, which lessons you have completed and your answers to lesson practice tasks.
• Automatically collected: basic technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, and usage, via cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To keep the dreams, sleep logs and lucid attempts you record, and to show you the patterns across them.
• To process, fulfil, and support store orders.
• To manage your account and keep the service secure.
• To communicate with you about orders and support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Service providers we share data with

We share only what is necessary with trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

• Printful: order fulfilment and shipping (receives your shipping details).
• Stripe and PayPal, payment processing. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Google Maps Platform, geocoding your entered place text into coordinates.
• Email provider, sending transactional and support emails.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and to remember your cart. We may use analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Advertising

Some pages carry advertising supplied by a third-party network. That network may set its own cookies and process your IP address and browsing activity to select and measure ads. We do not share your account details, your journal or anything you have written with any advertiser.

Advertising is never shown on your journal, your account or checkout, and it is switched off entirely for anyone with Somnia Plus.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Your rights
