Dream journal
A journal that actually tells you something
Most dream journals are a folder of paragraphs. This one is structured, so after a couple of months it can tell you which symbols recur, how your recall tracks against how long you slept, and whether that nightmare is getting more or less frequent.
Your sleepExample
This is somebody else’s six months, not yours: a made-up example so you can see what the chart does. Log a few nights and it starts drawing your own, over any period from a week to all time.
The dip in the middle is the point: three bad months show up in the shape long before you would notice them night by night, and quality follows the hours back up a week or two behind.
Free, and genuinely usable
30 entries a month, roughly one a night, with every field, every tag and full export. The free tier is generous on purpose: a journal you cannot build history in is a journal that never shows you anything.

How to remember more
Recall responds quickly to a few specific changes. The seven-day programme is free and takes five minutes a morning.
