1. Who we are

Memento Somnia (“we”, “us”). These terms form a binding agreement between you and us. You can reach us at support@mementosomnia.com, or by post at 1 Example Street, Exampleton, EX1 2MP.

2. Nature of our content: important

All dream meanings, scenario pages, archive entries and community content are provided for entertainment and reflective purposes only. They are symbolic interpretations and are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and must not be relied upon as such. Always seek a qualified professional for those matters.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Orders and payment

• Prices and availability may change at any time.
• Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. By paying, you authorise the charge for your order total including shipping and any applicable taxes.
• Products are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner. See our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy for details.
• We may cancel and refund an order if it cannot be fulfilled or if we suspect fraud.

5. Memberships and recurring payments

A membership is a subscription that renews automaticallyuntil you cancel it. You can buy one for this site alone, or one covering all three Memento sites, monthly or yearly.

• What you are agreeing to. The price, the billing period and the renewal are all shown on the checkout page before you pay. By subscribing you authorise us, through Stripe or PayPal, to charge that amount at the start of each period until the subscription is cancelled.
• Which account it applies to. Memberships are matched to the email address on your account. This matters for the all-three-sites membership: the three sites have separate accounts, so it is recognised on each of them only where you have signed up with the same address.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account page, with no fee and no notice period. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until that period ends.
• Nothing is deleted when a membership ends. Everything you have saved stays in your account, readable and exportable. A membership affects what you can do, never whether you can reach your own content.
• Failed payments. If a renewal is declined we will tell you and the payment provider will retry. You keep access for the period already paid for. If payment is not completed, the membership ends when that period does.
• Price changes. If we change the price of a membership, existing members keep the price they signed up at for as long as the subscription continues without interruption. Any change to what you pay would be notified in advance, and you could cancel before it took effect.
• Currency and tax. Prices are set per region rather than converted, and are shown inclusive of any tax that applies. If your card is issued somewhere we do not publish a local price, you are billed in pounds sterling and your bank applies its own conversion.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its content, branding, and designs are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
