What does it mean to dream you vomit strange things?
Where the act does complete, what arrives is frequently impossible: objects, hair, stones, teeth, or a quantity that could not have fitted anywhere.
Dreamers report the dream accepting this without objection, and report themselves accepting it too until they wake. That is the reportable part. The impossibility is noticed afterwards and never at the time.
It is ordinary dream construction rather than a message about what somebody is carrying. Dreams do not check whether a thing could be where they have put it, and quantity is one of the properties they hold least reliably, exactly as the size-changes entry describes.
The teeth version overlaps with the teeth material and is better logged there, since that record is the larger one.

Where it is harder
Some of these are genuinely revolting and dreamers report them lingering.
