Dreaming about somebody else losing teeth
What does it mean to dream another person's teeth fall out?
Reported far less often, and the difference in feeling is the point of separating it.
Dreamers describe noticing, wanting to say something, and frequently being unable to. The horror is on the other person's behalf, which is a quite different emotion from the first-person version and closer to the somebody-else-is-naked reports.
The reaction is also more proportionate. Where dreamers report their own teeth falling out with a strange calm, watching it happen to somebody else produces alarm, which is worth noting because it runs against the general finding that dream emotion rarely matches dream content.
Where the person is somebody the dreamer is worried about in waking life, these follow the waking worry and it is the least mysterious reading available.

A useful control on the main record: the same event, observed rather than experienced, produces the opposite emotional register.
Where it is harder
Being unable to warn somebody is a specific frustration and it puts a share of these with the speech failures.
Worth asking yourself
Whose teeth? Did I try to tell them? Was I calmer or more alarmed than in my own version?
