What does it mean to dream about hiding a pregnancy?
A smaller group and a distinct one. The pregnancy is not the problem; being found out is.
Dreamers describe concealment, clothing that will not hide it, and the certainty that somebody is about to notice. That structure is shared with the being-naked reports and the unprepared-exam reports, and it is more informative to log them together than to file this one under pregnancy at all.
What the three have in common is exposure of something the dreamer has not chosen to show, on a timetable they do not control.
