Dreaming a map does not match the place
What does it mean to dream the map is wrong?

There is no consistent geography for a map to be wrong about. Rooms are produced when entered, streets when walked, and nothing reconciles them with each other, let alone with a document.
So a map that matched would be the remarkable finding. A map that does not is the only possible outcome.

A rare case where the mechanism predicts the report exactly, which makes it satisfying to explain.
Where it is harder
Dreamers frequently blame themselves for misreading it, which is the wrong conclusion.
