Many dreamers describe the dream containing a kind of knowledge (an awareness that something is not right, or that this cannot last) running alongside the joy.
Where this reads well
Some dreamers report the time in the dream as genuinely valuable despite the waking, and would not give it up.

The re-bereavement. If this is happening frequently and early in grief, it is worth knowing it is normal and that it usually changes.
