Dreaming about not being able to see while driving
What does it mean to dream you cannot see the road?
A windscreen that is fogged, iced, filthy or simply not transparent, and a dreamer who keeps driving anyway. That last detail is the consistent one and the interesting one.
The reports belong with the vision material rather than with the mechanical failures above. Dreams reproduce vision unreliably, and a dream that needs to convey not knowing what is ahead has a very direct way of doing it.
Worth separating from the brakes and back-seat versions in a journal. Those are about control; this is about information, and they follow different waking conditions.

Rare. A few dreamers report pulling over, and describe the relief as disproportionate.
Where it is harder
Continuing to drive blind is what dreamers find most uncomfortable on waking, more than any danger in the dream.
