Dreaming about being watched through a window
What does it mean to dream someone is watching you through a window?
You are inside; something is outside and looking in. The window is doing the work. It makes the watcher visible and simultaneously proves they have not come in.
Reports are strikingly consistent on posture: the figure is usually still, usually silent, and usually does not attempt entry. That stillness is what people find unbearable, more than any threat of action.
Where this crosses into archive territory is when the figure recurs across many unconnected dreamers. That is precisely the standard the Bestiary applies, and the watcher entries exist for it.

The watcher almost never does anything. That is a genuine pattern in the reports, not reassurance.
