Dreaming somebody carries you when you cannot move
What does it mean to dream you are carried?
The timing is the finding. Reports place this figure at the moment of motor failure: the dreamer cannot run, cannot stand, or is sinking, and is then carried.
That is a direct answer to the most common physical failure in the whole database, and it is worth noticing that dreams occasionally produce a solution to their own limitation.
Almost everything else here describes the failure and stops. The legs do not work, the voice makes no sound, the hands will not grip. This is one of the very few places a dream supplies a way round its own constraint rather than simply enduring it.
Destination is rarely reached, which is ordinary: the carrying happens and the dream ends.
What the reports agree on
Among the genuinely reassuring reports in either archive, and the timing observation is unusually interesting.
Where they differ, and what to be careful of
None commonly reported.
Worth recording if this was yours
What had failed just before? Did we arrive anywhere? How did it feel?
Dream interpretation is subjective. Nothing here is a diagnosis, a prediction, or medical advice.
