Dreaming you have forgotten your lines
What does it mean to dream you cannot remember what to say?
The commonest form, and dreamers frequently describe knowing they knew them.
That detail matters. It is not ignorance; it is retrieval failing, which is the same thing the instructions and a-name entries describe: nothing is stored, so there is nothing to retrieve.
The lines were never generated. A script the dream did not write cannot be recalled from it, and the sense of having known them is the unearned certainty this database finds everywhere.
Where the dreamer speaks and no sound comes, the speech-failure material applies instead, and dreamers can usually tell which happened.
