Dreaming about ice without feeling cold
Why did the ice in my dream not feel cold?
Cold is reported less than expected, consistent with how weakly dreams represent temperature.
That is worth stating because it surprises people. A dream full of ice, snow and winter frequently contains no sensation of cold at all, and dreamers only notice the absence when asked.
The snow entry finds the same thing and finds silence reported instead. Dreams supply the look of a cold scene and not the feeling of one, because appearance is cheap and sensation is not.
