Why does nobody react when I am exposed in a dream?
A recurrent detail and the most reassuring thing in this record: in a great many exposure dreams, nobody reacts at all.
Dreamers report expecting a reaction, watching for one, and receiving none. The crowd is indifferent, occupied, or simply does not look.
That means the humiliation is entirely the dreamer's. The dream supplies the feeling and does not supply the audience response that would justify it, which is the same structure as guilt with no offence and an arrest with no charge.
It is worth checking against your own reports, because dreamers frequently remember these as dreams in which they were laughed at and find on reflection that nobody did anything.
