Dreaming about being naked and not caring
What does it mean to dream about being naked and feeling fine about it?
The version that never gets written about, and it is common enough to belong here. The dreamer is undressed in public and entirely unbothered.
This matters for the same reason the calm nightmare material does: emotion and content run on separate tracks in dreams, and the assumption that nakedness must produce shame is an assumption rather than a finding.
Dreamers report these around periods of feeling unusually settled rather than exposed, and several describe a specific sense of freedom that they remember long afterwards.
