Dreaming about being in a pub or having a drink
What does it mean to dream about drinking socially?
The ordinary version carries little: a pub, a glass, a social setting, and it belongs with the party and restaurant material.
This scenario exists mainly to mark the boundary. Two very different entries share this subject, and running them together would be the standard error: for most dreamers a drink is scenery, and for somebody in recovery the same image is a significant and distressing experience.
The party entry covers what these reports actually turn on, which is whether the dreamer belongs there rather than what is in the glass.
Taste is absent, as it is throughout the food material, which limits what any of it can be about.
